Delphie Court, Rossmoyne
Premier Constructed were engaged for a complete renovation and outdoor transformation for this beautiful home renovation in Perth suburb, Rossmoyne.
Revitalising and modernising the front porch and dated concrete driveway were required, along with retaining retaining planter walls and soft formal garden. Our experience with exposed aggregate concrete and being able to tie with in with the customers natural stone preference, took the outdoor space to the next level.
We guided our customer to a beautiful exposed aggregate concrete mix called Jarrah in the Holcim Geostone range. A contrast to the lighter natural stone paving but tying in ascetically with the colour of the existing property.
Elements of the natural stone in the exposed aggregate concrete mix were purposely considered with pick up the tones of the stunning natural stone tiles from a favourite supplier of ours Eco Outdoor. Beauford Natural Sandstone was beautifully applied to the front porch entrance. As with a number of our projects we were lucky enough to incorporate this natural stone indoors and to the master bedroom, with the benefit of warm underground heating for the cooler months.
Offering a high quality finish, no corners are cut on our projects and this is no exception with hand chipping applied to and cuts with the Beauford Sandstone, with Premier Constructed the emphasis is quality. Ravello French pattern Travertine was used as a lower landing space to the front garden and pathways. Soft low level planting was and hedging was applied to the bottom of the the existing tree’s and cleverly shaped and retained with Formboss Corten Steel.
Provincial roses, lavender and Japanese box hedges created a elegant setting give our customers a space to be proud of when returning home and pulling into their driveway.
